Representatives from DOTr PMO and SFTE-JV were assisted by the Operations Manager of Manila Construction and Development of the Philippines, Inc. (MCDP), Mr. Jerome Nuevo.

The Team conducted a site inspection at Kingsborough, Barangay Panghulo, Malabon, Metro Manila. This activity was conducted in relation to the new proposed disposal site. The purpose of the backfilling activity is for the proposed warehouse facilities. The entire backfilling area is around 27 hectares. 

• Depth: Average of 5 meters
• Distance form DEPOT: Average of 9km
• Carriageway: 14 meter-wide
• Traffic Condition: Moderate to Heavy
• Acceptable Waste: Suitable waste, Demolition Debris, Excavated Soils
• Hauling & Spreading: MCDP
• Permits (ECC, CNO, etc): Already secured CNC.
