PUBLIC ADVISORY

Manila Construction and Development of the Philippines, Inc. (MCDP) hereby issues this Public Advisory to formally clarify its corporate identity and to caution the public against any unauthorized use of the Company’s name, identity, or reputation.

The following individuals are not affiliated with, authorized by, or representatives of MCDP, and have never been authorized to act on behalf of the Company or exercise ownership, management, or control over its affairs: FEBIDAL LARIOQUE PADEL, MARK ABRAHAM N. PADEL, AILEEN NONAY PADEL, LEEN ABIGAIL N. PADEL, MARIA SALVACION ROWENA DELOS REYES, RICARDO PALOMAR ALTEA JR., GAEVAN MAE M. SULAPAS, JOSEPHINE Q. MATURAN, and MIKKO A. GRAJO.

MCDP has previously addressed unauthorized corporate representations and filings involving above-mentioned individuals who are not part of the legitimate management or ownership of the Company. These matters were addressed in the SEC Order dated July 2025.

For the avoidance of doubt, Manila Construction and Development of the Philippines, Inc. is the corporation registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under SEC Registration No. AS95006233, registered in 1995. There is another entity bearing the MCDP name under SEC Registration No. CS200801041, registered on January 23, 2008, which is separate and distinct from the MCDP registered under SEC Registration No. AS95006233. The existence or use of the latter registration does not constitute authority to represent the original MCDP or to use its established corporate identity in a manner that may cause public confusion.

MCDP further clarifies that its sole and official corporate address is Corporate 145 Bldg., Mother Ignacia Ave., Brgy. South Triangle, Quezon City. The Company does not recognize any other address as its corporate office or official business address.

Accordingly, the public is strongly advised to exercise caution and verify directly with Manila Construction and Development of the Philippines, Inc. before entering into any transaction, agreement, or business dealing with any person or entity claiming to represent MCDP. Any representation, solicitation, document, transaction, or undertaking made by the above-named individuals, or by any person or entity not expressly authorized by MCDP, should not be considered an authorized act of the Company.

MCDP has initiated and is pursuing appropriate legal actions against the individuals involved in the unauthorized use and misrepresentation of the Company’s corporate identity. The Company is taking all necessary legal measures to protect its corporate name, reputation, legitimate business interests, and stakeholders, and to prevent further fraudulent activities and unauthorized transactions involving the MCDP name.

This Advisory is issued for the protection and awareness of the public and to prevent further fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, and unauthorized use of the MCDP name and corporate identity. MCDP reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable Philippine law.
